CROATIA AND SLOVENIA RETREAT ITINERARY

Day 0- Saturday

  • Today check in is possible in the villa, but please note program starts only on Sunday so no food, transportation or activity is planned 

Day 1 - Sunday

  • Arrival during the day of the event, pick up by The MissAdventure van anywhere in Pula. For those comming from the Festival a FREE shuttle from Zagreb will be organised (Value 350 EUR). This will also bring you back to Zagreb after the retreat.
  • Refresh and check in after 14h ( or earlier bag drop off possible + chill at the pool with cocktail
  • We expect arrival around 14h - Welcome drink at the Villa 
  • Chill at the pool and a light snack is provided with traditional istrian salami, cheese, home made bread etc.
  • 17h Special welcome dinner and speech by Paola Crevatini Rebsamen, The MissAdventure Founder
  • Early dinner served and free fun evening at the villa with wine

Day 2 - Monday

  • 8h-10h Breakfast served
  • 10-12h Create your Business plan workshop by Kate Bagoy
  • 12h-13h light lunch is served in the villa 
  • 14h departure for Rovinj for free time, photo shooting  and sightseeing. 
  • For dinner we will stay in a local restaurant in Rovinj (not included, expect to pay cca 50EUR per person)

Day 3 - Tuesday

  • 9-10h breakfast served in the villa 
  • 11h departure for truffle hunting ( approx 1h drive) with a light local lunch served in a luxury family restaurant ( all home made, local grown specialities) 
  • 13h lunch served 
  • 16h On our way back stop at Motovun and Hum for a relaxing walk in this gem of Istria, lovely hilltop village
  • After sunset shots departure back to the villa
  • At request, light dinner can be served at the villa

    Day 4 - Wednesday

    • 8am grab your breakfast
    • 8.30am departure for Bled, Slovenia ( take your passports!)  and Ljubljana ( 2,5h drive each way). For those who dont want the travel can stay in the villa an have a free day, but this is an experience you don't want to miss! 
    • We will stop somewhere for a light lunch (not included in the price, expect to pay cca 20 EUR and entry fee ca 12 EUR) 
    • Explore Ljubljana on your own and enjoy this magical little city that is still under the radar.
    • 17-18h we will start the departure for our villa
    • Dinner served by Paola Crevatini Rebsamen at the villa upon arrival

    *Entry to the Castle cost 12 EUR per person

    Day 5 - Thursday

    • 8h-10h Breakfast served and a chill out morning at the villa. 
    • 10h-12h Branding and Marketing  workshop + Instagram for business 
    • Light lunch served at the Villa 
    • Departure for Pula and explore the Amphitheatre ( entry fee  cca 15 EUR)
    • Dinner served in one of the restaurants 

    Day 6 - Friday

    • Today is a bonus day. You can choose to chill in in the morning at the pool or do an additional activity  like kayaking ( 50 EUR per person)
    • Massage can be organised at additional price 
    • Light lunch is served at the villa
    • Today we can work on our blogs or Instagram posts together, Individual strategy counseling can be scheduled with Paola Crevatini Rebsamen or Kate Bagoy
    • Special Goodbye Dinner served in the Villa or a nearby restaurant

    Day 7 - Saturday

    • Breakfast is served 9-10am
    • Check out from the Villa by 10am and shuttle to Zagreb available

      You can pay online with credit card and up to 5 installments at no additional charge. Please fill in the form below and we will contact you with the payment details. We need a deposit of 500EUR, The rest is due at latest 1 month before the event. 

    • Cancellation:

       
      Your spot is only guaranteed after you have paid reservation fee  of 500Eur. In case you can not make it to the event, you have the right to cancel within 30 days of purchase and receive a 100% refund less the reservation fee (you might be asked to cover some small administration fees up to 50 EUR). For later cancellations there are no refunds guaranteed, but if we fill your spot you will get the full refund less the reservation fee.

     

    • Accommodation:

       
      We stay in 5-star luxury villas with private pools and we choose only the best the region has to offer. Please note you have this villa only for The MissAdventure attendees and staff so complete privacy is offered. We also believe it creates a special bond among the attendees as you can interact or choose your own private time. Please note no housekeeping is offered during the stay so you are responsible for the cleanliness of your own room at your own liking. Cleaning fee of 200 EUR and a security deposit fee of up to 500 EUR is included in the price, but shall there be any damages as a result to your actions the villa owner and The Miss Adventure might charge you for your actions. 

     

    • Can I extend my stay?

       
      Yes of course. Just let us know and we will find you suitable accommodation and program what to do. We are always happy to help free of charge to our guests with advice.
